As the pandemic began, we started offering HIPAA compliant online video counseling. We have a dedicated platform for this, but can also use ZOOM Counseling, FaceTime counseling and Skype counseling. Due to the state current state of the pandemic are still focusing on telehealth counseling, with some specific exceptions.
Telehealth counseling has been successful and a convenient option for many people and we are going to continue offering it moving forward.
